BD2K-LINCS Data Symposium: Systems Biology of Cellular Perturbations, Cincinnati, May 16-18

The BD2K-LINCS DCICx Systems Biology Data Science Symposium at the University of Cincinnati will bring together the BD2K-LINCS DCIC, local researchers, and outside experts who develop methods and resources for computational systems biology, including LINCS library of cellular perturbation signatures, and apply them to close the gap between basic research and clinical applications. An important goal of the meeting is outreach and education and we invite undergraduate and graduate students and postdoctoral researchers to participate in the symposium. For details, see this link.

Midwest Precision Genomics (MPG 2017) workshop, Cincinnati, May 19

This one day workshop brings together researchers interested in precision genomics, with three thematic sessions devoted to single cell Omics profiling, genomics in the clinic, and translational genomic research. The meeting is organized jointly by the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine & Cincinnati Children Hospital Medical Center, and will be held concurrently with the second day of CBSB on adjacent location.
